Co-owner/Escrow Officer
Deana Staton, co-owner and Senior Escrow Officer, oversees all settlement, escrow, and closing services.
Deana has spent 20 years in the title industry. She began in her hometown of Bonham and progressed to Operations Manager for a national title company before returning to her Texas roots to open her own title company. Deana brings this wealth of experience and real estate expertise to everyone who walks through Main Street’s doors.
Escrow Officer
Lori brings over five years of closing and settlement experience to her role as Escrow Officer at Main Street Title. A local of Fannin County, Lori handles questions about paperwork, local real estate practices, and closing procedures, beside her work at closings.
Escrow Assistant
Stacy came to Main Street out of a nursing career. She receives and manages in the inflow of documents for our escrow department so that each client can have the fastest, smoothest closing possible.
Co-owner/Abstractor
After spending over 25 years in the national technology sector, Clint sold his mobile app company and moved his family back to Fannin County.
Main Street’s technology solutions to the property and title research services keep our reports accurate and efficient. Clint heads up all title research and insurance products and can answer questions regarding Main Street’s digital records, title plant management and title reports.
Assistant Abstractor
As Assistant Abstractor, Susan acquires the documentation to verify title vesting, lien verification, easements, oil/gas/mineral leases, and right of ways.

Legal Assistant
Main Street Title provides our clients with the excellent advice of Attorney David Herbert, a licensed real estate attorney of over 30 years of land use experience, and his wife, Dianna Herbert, who also works as Legal Assistant.
David's practice is focused on real estate finance and development, acquisitions, dispositions, hotel management, leasing, farm and ranch transactions, loan workouts, asset purchases and dispositions, stock purchases and dispositions, entity formations and related matters.
